-Under Art. 10 of Law 675/96, the Service is required to provide the User with the following information on the handling of his/her personal data sent to the Service - or otherwise acquired by the Service as part of its operations. Hotel Cruccuris Resort, for reasons connected to provision of the Service, handles personal data provided by the User, or acquired in performance of the Service. All data is handled so as to protect Customer privacy. Data handling includes the following procedures: collecting, recording, listing, storing, processing, changing, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, disseminating, cancelling, distributing, interconnecting, and any other operation required for the implementation of the Service including the combination of two or more of the above-listed activities. Hotel Cruccuris Resort may forward to the User promotional material and information of various kinds connected with the implementation of the Service.

The handling of User information for the purposes listed above will be performed primarily using IT technology, always in full respect of legal provisions covering privacy and security. Data will be stored at the Service's premises for the term established by law, and will be handled by staff and/or professionals working for Hotel Cruccuris Resort. Said persons perform these activities under the direct supervision and responsibility of Hotel Cruccuris Resort.

The provision of personal data by the User is optional. However, users who do not enter the required data in the login page may not use the Service.

Data, either wholly or in part, will be communicated to third parties performing functions strictly connected and associated with the Service, such as the management of the IT system and control of payments. A detailed list of such third parties is available from the Service Operator.

The Service Operator legally responsible for processing data is the Hotel Cruccuris Resort, located in Località Cruccuris, 09049, Villasimius (CA).

- Pursuant to Art. 13 of Law 675/96, the User may consult, modify, object to, receive an extract of or request cancellation of his/her data and exercise all relevant legal rights concerning said data by writing to the above-listed address.

Having read these explanatory notes, I consent to the processing and use of my personal data by the personnel performing the activities indicated in these notes. I am fully aware that without my consent, no form of registration can be performed.

I consent to the transfer of my data from Hotel Cruccuris Resort to subsidiary and/or associated companies outside the national territory, including non-EU member countries.
