• What time is check-in and check-out?
• Check-in: 2:00 PM
  Check out: 7.00 – 10.00 AM
  Our guests can leave their luggage in the complimentary deposit before check-in and after check-out.
• What if I need to check in at a later time?
• Our reception is open 24/7 and is ready to welcome you.
• Can I pay using my credit card?
• Yes, we gladly accept payments by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSì
• Cancellations and charges
• For information on cancellation and charges, please check terms & conditions of the rate type during the online booking process. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival are free of charge. Later cancellation and no-show fees are equal to the total price of the reservation.
• Does the hotel offer Internet access?
• Yes, public areas are covered by a fast Wi-Fi Internet Connection (10 euro/hour). LAN connection is also available in hotel rooms.
• Is it possible to rent a car?
• Yes, our staff will gladly assist you in reserving a car through rental companies such as Avis and Hertz.
• Do i have to pay a deposit?
• Yes, your credit card will be charged with a 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance of your stay will be paid direcly on check-out.
